Identifying your animal means protecting it
Identification is required. It is essential for an animal because it allows :
- to give it its own identity
- to make official the link with its owner
- to find it and recover it more quickly in case of loss
- to facilitate all administrative procedures and avoid disputes
- de pouvoir le déclarer perdu ou volé auprès des organismes compétents
- to be able to report it lost or stolen to the competent bodies
- to allow him to travel abroad (compulsory for issuing a passport)
- therefore to protect him
